Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Non-Delivery: If the agreed-upon services were not delivered within the specified timeframe due to reasons attributable to Lead Cartel.
- Substandard Service Delivery: If the delivered services do not align with the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards outlined in the service agreement.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Notification: Clients must notify Lead Cartel in writing within 14 days of the occurrence leading to the refund request. Notifications should be sent to [email protected].
- Supporting Documentation: Provide detailed information and any supporting evidence regarding the service deficiency or non-delivery.
5. Refund Assessment
Upon receiving a refund request:
- Review: Lead Cartel will assess the claim based on the provided information and internal records.
- Resolution: Clients will be informed of the decision within 30 days of the refund request. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days thereafter.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Change of Mind: If the client decides to discontinue services after they have commenced, without any fault attributable to Lead Cartel.
- Third-Party Actions: Any adverse outcomes resulting from actions or policies of third-party platforms that are beyond Lead Cartel’s control.
- Delayed Feedback: If delays or issues arise due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information or timely approvals.
7. Amendments
Lead Cartel reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days before implementation.
