Creating & Sending Email Campaigns
To launch an email campaign:
- Navigate to Email Campaigns: Go to Marketing > Email Campaigns.
- To create a new campaign, click on it, choose a suitable template, or start from the beginning.
- Compose Email: Write the subject line and email body, incorporating personalization tokens as needed.
- Select Audience: Choose the recipient list or segment based on your targeting criteria.
- Send or Schedule: Decide to send the campaign immediately or schedule it for a later time.
Creating Your First Workflow
- Go to Automations > New Workflow.
- Choose a trigger (e.g., “Form Submission”).
- Add actions (e.g., “Send Email”, “Assign Lead to Rep”).
- Click “Save & Activate”.
Understanding Lead Cartel Automations
Automations allow you to:
- Send follow-up emails automatically.
- Assign leads to sales reps.
- Trigger SMS reminders for appointments.
Importing & Exporting Contacts
To import contacts:
- Prepare CSV File: Ensure your CSV file is formatted correctly with appropriate headers.
- Import Contacts: Go to Contacts > Import and upload your CSV file.
- Map Fields: Match the CSV columns to the corresponding fields in Lead Cartel.
- Complete Import: Confirm and start the import process.
- To export contacts:
- Navigate to Contacts: Go to Contacts > Export.
- Select Criteria: Choose the contacts you wish to export based on filters or select all.
- Export File: Click “Export” to download the CSV file.
