Creating & Sending Email Campaigns

To launch an email campaign:

  1. Navigate to Email Campaigns: Go to Marketing > Email Campaigns.
  2. To create a new campaign, click on it, choose a suitable template, or start from the beginning.
  3. Compose Email: Write the subject line and email body, incorporating personalization tokens as needed.
  4. Select Audience: Choose the recipient list or segment based on your targeting criteria.
  5. Send or Schedule: Decide to send the campaign immediately or schedule it for a later time.

Importing & Exporting Contacts

To import contacts:

  • Prepare CSV File: Ensure your CSV file is formatted correctly with appropriate headers.
  • Import Contacts: Go to Contacts > Import and upload your CSV file.
  • Map Fields: Match the CSV columns to the corresponding fields in Lead Cartel.
  • Complete Import: Confirm and start the import process.
  • To export contacts:
  • Navigate to Contacts: Go to Contacts > Export.
  • Select Criteria: Choose the contacts you wish to export based on filters or select all.
  • Export File: Click “Export” to download the CSV file.
